CANCELLATION POLICY

A note from Lynsey:

I believe your appointment time is very valuable. I hold the time specifically for you, and if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I understand the need to do so, but kindly ask you to give me 24 hour notice.

*All new guests must provide a credit card to hold an appointment.

*Guests who have previously not upheld the cancellation policy will also be required to provide a credit card to hold an appointment.

*Any cancellations made less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service(s).

*No Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s).

This cancellation policy allows me time to inform guests on my wait list of any availability, and allows myself to adjust my schedule accordingly.

As a courtesy, I will send out a text 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. If I am unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
